Pernah buat tanpa mixer dulu, menjadi. Bila dah guna mixer, lagi cepat siap. Biskut ni rangup di tepi2, tengah2 dia, liat2 siki t(chewy). Boleh siap dalam masa sejam gitu.

Bahan-bahan ( lebih kurang 24 keping )

  • 225g butter,softened
  • 200g white sugar
  • 220g brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 375g all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 10ml hot water
  • salt to taste
  • 335g semisweet chocolate chips
  • 120g chopped walnuts @ hazelnuts

Cara-cara

  1. Pre heat the oven to 175 degree celcius
  2. Cream together the butter, white sugar and brown sugar until smooth
  3. Beat the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla
  4. Dissolve baking soda in hot water and add to batter along with salt
  5. Stir in flour, chocolate chips and nuts
  6. Drop by large spoonful onto ungreased pans
  7. Bake for about 10 minutes or until edges are nicely browned
