Bahan-bahan ( pandai2 la bagi sbijik kek )
- 8 nos egg
- 250 gm castor sugar
- 25 gm ovelette
- 200 gm soft flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 50 gm cocoa powder
- 125 gm melted margarine
- FOR THE TOPPING AND FILLING:
DARK PITTED CHERRY,
ACE TOPPING CREAM,
sediakan bahan-bahan diatas.
Add all of the ingredients except melted margarine into the bowl to mix with the mixer for 8 minutes.
After it has form the batter, add the melted margarine into the batter and mix it with your hand.
When it has dissolve accordingly, panning the batter and bake it for 25 minutes at 180 degree Celsius.
Cool the cake and slice it into two parts.
Moist the surface on the first part with dark pitted juice to avoid the cream sticky with the cake, and after that filling with the ace topping cream and put some dark pitted cherries.
Combine back the first part with the second part
Use the ace topping cream to cover the cake as the topping by using spatula.
After that, garnish the cake with red cherries and slices chocolate bar.
