Description

Resepi zaman bujang2 di Sarawak

Ingredients
  • ikan kerapu.siakap sederhana besar
  • halia 2inci mayang
  • bawang putih 5ulas mayang
  • serai 2 batang mayang
  • carrot mayang
  • daun bawang n daun sup
  • limau nipis 1 biji perah airnya
  • asam boi 5 biji (asam masin org Trg panggil)
  • tomato 1/2 biji
  • 1sudu besar sos tiram n air utk kuah.
  • cili padi/cili hidup 5 biji mayang
Instructions
  1. ikan digaul dgn sedikit garam n gaul semua bahan2 yg dimayang dngan ikan dan kukus.

  2. perahkan air limau nipis selepas 1/2 jam...then tabur daun bawang n daun sup

  3. masukkan asam boi, perasa.

  4. masukkan tomato yg dipotong (slice)
