Description

Kelantan style. Sesuai juga diganti dengan daging

Ingredients
  • 1/2 ekor ayam
  • [ Bahan kisar ]
  • 1 inci kunyit
  • 2 batang serai
  • 10 biji cili padi
  • 3-4 ulas bawang putih
  • 1 inci lengkuas
  • sedikit belacan
  • [ Bahan hias ]
  • sedikit garam, gula dan perisa
  • 4 helai daun limau purut
  • 1/2 biji bawang besar dihiris nipis
  • 1 keping asam keping
Instructions
  1. Bersih ayam dan potong kecik-kecik. Lumurkan dengan sedikit garam.

  2. Goreng ayam sehingga separuh masak

  3. Tumis bahan-bahan yang dikisar sehingga garing

  4. Masukkan ayam, asam keping, daun limau purut, bawang besar, garam, gula dan perisa serta sedikit air.

  5. Masak sehingga ayam masak sepenuhnya
