Description

Saya dpt resipi ni dari boss..ringkas saja tapi sedap...

Ingredients
  • 1 cwn (8oz) susu
  • 1 cwn (228gm) mentaga
  • 2 cwn (457gm) gula halus
  • 4 biji telur (dipukul)
  • 3 cwn (650gm) tepung
  • 2 sdu kecil serbuk penaik
  • 2 sdu kecil garam
  • 2 biji lemon (di parut sedikit kulitnya)
  • Bahan2 utk glaze lemon (di tuang keatas kek)
  • Perah jus 2 biji lemon
  • 1/4 cwn gula halus
Instructions
  1. pukul mentaga & gula hingga sebati.

  2. campurkan telur sedikit2 & tuangkan susu.

  3. gaulkan tepung, serbuk penaik, garam & parutan lemon.

  4. tuangkan sedikit demi sedikit campuran tepung kedalam adunan & gaul perlahan2.

  5. Sapukan mentaga & tepung sedikit kedlm acuan supaya kek tak melekat & tuangkan adunan.

  6. Bakar selama 1 jam kedlm oven pada suhu 240 degrees celcius.

  7. Utk buat glaze: gaul juz lemon bersama gula hingga larut.

  8. Keluarkan kek dari oven & sejukkan selama 5 min seblm sapukan glaze keatas kek.

  9. taburkan gula halus diatas kek & biarkan hingga dingin di suhu udara supaya glaze serap kat dlm kek...enjoy!
