Description

selalu buat gini....wangi nanti x payah beli jem lagi nak buat tat raya nanti...

Ingredients
  • 3 biji nenas saiz besar
  • 4 cawan gula pasir (gulanya boleh dikurangkan)
  • 1/2 sudu serbuk kulit kayu manis (kalau x de letak jer kayu manis 1 btg)
  • bebrapa titis warna kuning/oren (bagi seri)
  • 1 sudu besar tepung gandum/jagung
  • secubit garam
Instructions
  1. parut halus nenas dan tapis buang airnya

  2. masukkan dlm kuali bersama bahan lain kecuali tepung

  3. masak hingga kering dan berkilat..baru taburkan tepung...kacau sebati hingga betul2 kering

  4. sejukkan dulu baru simpan dlm bekas bertudung dan simpan dlm peti sejuk utk jangka hayat yg lama... boleh la nak buat tat ke apa2 kuih yg berkaitan...

  5. SELAMAT MENCUBA....SAYA BARU JER SMALAM BUAT....UTK RAYA NANTI...NAK BUAT LAGI NIH...HEHEHHE
