teramat mudah

Ingredients
  • 1 biji telur
  • 4-5 sudu kicap pekat
  • 2 sudu serbuk cili- campur air jadikan pes
  • 5 ulas bwg putih- ditumbuk
  • sebungkus kuey teow
  • 1 kg kerang rebus- ambik isi
  • taugeh, cili merah dan kucai
  • 1/2 sudu teh minyak bijan
Instructions
  1. tumis bwg putih sampai naik bau kemudian masukkan pes cili.

  2. bila cili naik bau masukkan minyak bijan n kicap. gaul2 kemudian masukkan telur. Biar telur membeku sekejap sblm di gaul hancur.

  3. kemudian masukkan kerang dan k teow, gaul sebati n masukkan pula taugeh dan kucai. hias dengan hirisan cili merah * guna kicap pekat sbb kicap pekat biasanya kurang masin, so leh la letak byk skit sbb warna k teow lebih menarik bila agak gelap..
