Description

sekejap j buat..resepi sendiri.. Gambar dr laporan masakan

Ingredients
  • 4 tongkol/batang jagung manis-diambil isinya
  • 5-6 sudu besar gula (ikut manis)
  • 1 mangkuk kecil santan pekat
  • 1- 1 1/2 mangkuk kecil air
  • 2 helai daun pandan disimpul
  • 1/4sudu teh garam (optional)
  • segenggam sagu dibilas dan toskan(optional)
Instructions
  1. Isi jagung dibersihkan dan direbus dengan air lebih kurang 8-10 min. (jagung ni cepat masak)

  2. Kemudian masukkan gula, santan, daun pandan, garam dan sagu. Biar mendidih dan masak.

  3. fyi:- bubur ni berwarna putih. bagi mereka yg suka warna bolehlah menggunakan sagu yg berwarna yg terdapat di supermarket. Nampak menarik sikit, hehe..
