Description

resepi dr bangladesh...sodap..

Ingredients
  • 1 kilo tulang / daging (potong kecil2 utk daging)
  • 2 sudu kecil serbuk kari & daun kari
  • garam & ajinomoto - ikut rasa
  • 5-6 ulas bawang merah
  • 4-5 ulas bawang putih
  • 10 biji cili padi
  • 2 inci kunyit hidup
  • 2 inci halia
  • 4 sudu besar minyak masak
Instructions
  1. Tumbuk semua bahan di atas kecuali minyak, daging/tulang, serbuk kari & daun kari

  2. Masukkan bahan tumbuk, minyak masak,serbuk kari dan daun kari ke dlm daging/tulang tadi...perap selama 1/2 jam..

  3. Lepas 1/2 jam, panaskan kuali (tanpa minyak) dan masukkan daging/tulang yg dah diperap tadi..

  4. Masak hingga empuk...tambah sedikit air...lebih kurang 1 cawan...
