Description

Rase cam nak diet..leh cube...rasa kenyang sampai ke malam...

Ingredients
  • 1 bj bunga lawang, 1 btg kulit kayu manis, 3 bj buah pelaga, 4 bj bunga cengkih
  • 2 bj bwg merah (dtumbuk)
  • 1 ulas bwg putih (ditumbuk)
  • 10 bj lada hitam (dtumbuk) / lada sulah secukup rasa
  • Segengam cendawan Shitake (direbus sehingga kembang dan tos airnya lalu di hiris)
  • 2 btg fucuk (direndam sehingga lembut dan di ptg)
  • 2 bj kentang (di potong 6)
  • Sepaket kecil suhun
  • Garam dan serbuk perasa
  • Minyak untuk menumis
  • Air 2 mug
Instructions
  1. Tumis rempah 4 beradik bersama bwg merah bwg putih dan lada hitam.

  2. Masukkan air,cendawan,kentang,fucuk.

  3. Bila dah mendidih, masukkan garam, serbuk perasa.

  4. Kacau dan pastikan kentang empuk.masukkan suun..

  5. Siap.x ade daun sup pon dah ok.
