Description

Cantik, sedap & Mudah

Ingredients
  • 10 Biji Telur
  • 500gm Mentega
  • 1 gelas gula
  • 3 gelas tepung
  • 1 gelas horlicks
  • 1/2 tin susu pekat
  • 1 tin kecil sri kaya
  • 1 sudu makan perasa tembikai
  • Pewarna merah
  • Pandan paste
  • Chocolate chip @ kismis hitam secukupnya
Instructions
  1. Gula + mentega di pukul hingga kembang

  2. Masukkan telur satu persatu

  3. masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit. Pukul hingga rata.

  4. masukkan horlicks + perisa tembikai dan pukul lagi.

  5. masukkan sri kaya + susu dan pukul hingga rata.

  6. Bahagi kepada 3 bahagian :- 1. 3 senduk + pandan paste 2. 2 senduk biar plain 3. selebihnya + pewarna merah

  7. Bakar warna hijau 3 lapis. Kemudian warna plain 2 lapis. Diikuti dengan warna merah.

  8. Chocolate chip @ kismis hitam di masukkan di atas lapisan warna merah.
