Description

The easiest way to make a doughnut

Ingredients
  • 1 kilo tepung gandum
  • 1 sudu kecil gula
  • 1 paket yeast ( jenama Mauripan)
  • 1 1/2 mug air suam
  • 5 sudu besar planta
  • 1 sudu besar kentang lecek
  • gula halus/gula icing
Instructions
  1. Bancuh yis dengan air suam dan gula.

  2. Kacau sampai berbuih dan ketepikan sebentar hingga yis mengembang

  3. Gaul tepung, susu tepung, dan planta hingga berderai (jd ala-ala breadcrumbs)

  4. Masukkan bancuhan yis tadi.

  5. Gaul / uli hingga sebati. Mula-mula adunan akan melekat skit kt tangan, tp teruskan menguli hingga dah x melekat lagi.

  6. Biarkan doh naik sebenter baru canai untuk diterap guna acuan donut.

  7. Biar naik lagi, then baru goreng.

  8. Bila warna donut tu cantik, perang skit, baru angkat dan toskan minyak.

  9. Gaul dengan gula atau tuang coklat.
