cuma nk berkongsi ilmu..step ni penting nk tentukan kegebuan kek span, poundcake dll...

Ingredients
  • putih telur (PENTING:biarkn telur pd suhu bilik)
  • gula
Instructions
  1. mula pukul telur dgn laju sampai berbuih sikit.

  2. sengetkn sikit mangkuk dan pukul lagi.

  3. bila dh berbuih mcm step 2, masukkn separuh gula yg digunakn dan pukul laju lagi.

  4. bila agak kental sikit, masukkn baki gula.

  5. pukul lagi sampai la adunan tu jadi betul2 kembang.Nak check dh kembang ke belom , bila terbalikkn mangkuk tu adunan tu x tumpah. Kire mcm melekat kat mangkuk tu.

  6. nota: telur tu masa nk asingkn, kalo bole jgn ada tercampur kuning telur.Selamat membuat kek yg lembut!
