Description

resepi ni bole terus digoreng tanpa diperap...nak simpan semalaman pun boleh..mudah dan ringkas...dimakan bersama kuah sadin atau pun kari ayam..

Ingredients
  • 4 cawan tepung gandum
  • 5 s/b marjerin atau kalau suka bole campur dgn minyak sapi(3s/b marjerin +2s/b minyak sapi)
  • 1 s/b susu manis (tak letak pun ok)
  • 11/2 s/k baking powder
  • 1 s/k garam
  • Air secukupnya
Instructions
  1. Satukan tepung dgn baking powder dan garam

  2. Masukkan marjerin gaulkan sehingga sekata..

  3. Masukkan susu yg dicampur sedikit air..kemudian masukkan air sedikit demi sedikit..uli sehingga menjadi doh yg tak melekat di jari.

  4. bahagikan doh kecil-kecil sebesar 50 sen..akhir sekali canaikan doh..jgn terlalu tebal atau nipis...kemudian goreng..
