Description

pandai2 sendiri godek...

Ingredients
  • 400gms pulut putih
  • 100 gms pulut hitam
  • 1/2 biji ragi saiz kecil (saiz duit 20sen)
Instructions
  1. pulut dibasuh & ditoskan...panaskan kukusan...nisbah air mesti sama dgn nisbah pulut...kalau 1 cwn pulut = 1 cwn air...kukus dulu beras pulut lebih kurang 15min...pastu keluarkan pulut..gembur2kan...kukus kembali sampai masak

  2. kemudian kukus pulak pula hitam sama spt di atas cuma masa mengukus perlu ditambah sbb pulut hitam yg x direndam terlebih dahulu akan ambil masa nk masak...

  3. dah siap, ratakan pulut atas dulang...biarkan betul2 sejuk br tabur ragi (if not takut tapai jd kemerah2an..)

  4. ambik ragi & penapis air...parut ragi dlm penapis & ayak rata atas pulut...

  5. terbalikkan pulut...ayak lagi ragi smapai rata sepenuhnyerr...

  6. bubuh dlm bekas tupperware/daun pisang berselang seli antara pulut putih & hitam...kemudian balut dgn kain....peram di tempat gelap selama 2 mlm ( i terpaksa peram 3 mlm sbb sini sejuk)...
