Description

"lempeng" ala mexican. selalu nye diguna utk wrap fajita, burritos, soft-shell tacos. boleh di-malaysian kan, cicah dgn kari pun sedap. ;-)

Ingredients
  • 3 cawan tepung gandum
  • 1 sudu kecil garam
  • 2 sudu kecil baking powder
  • 4 sudu besar vegetable shortening (boleh juga diganti dgn 3 3/4 sudu vegetable oil kalau tak ada shortening)
  • 1 1/4 cawan air suam
Instructions
  1. Campurkan bahan-bahan kering dalam mangkuk.

  2. Masukkan minyak/shortening dan gaul hingga sebati.

  3. Masukkan air suam sedikit demi sedikit, uli hingga menjadi doh.

  4. Bahagikan doh kepada 12 bahagian, bulatkan setiap bahagian dan rehatkan selama 10 minit.

  5. Canaikan doh hingga menjadi nipis (seperti buat chapati/paratha)

  6. Goreng tanpa minyak menggunakan non-stick pan, lebih kurang 1-2 minit utk each side.

  7. ** Inti utk fajitas - grilled beef/chicken. lettuce, salsa (tomato), guacamole (avocado), shredded cheese. sour cream.
