  • buluh yg tebal dan tua di gunakan utk cara pembakaran ayam di masokkan di dlm ini

  2. 1kg Ayam bahagian tulang di perap selama 1/2hari bersama dgn serai,halia,rempah ratus,daun pucuk ubi,bwg putih,garam aji secukup rasa.

  3. Bakar selama 1jam seperti membakar lemang,jika bkr guna kayu arang lg baik. hujung buluh di di sumbat dgn daun pucuk ubi
