Description

Resipi sendiri (selepas beberapa percubaan). Bahan2 nye simple tapi kek nye yummy and moist.

Ingredients
  • 3 cawan tepung self-raising/tepung kek + 1 sudu kecil baking powder (di ayak)
  • 1/2 cawan kelapa kering
  • 1/2 sudu kecil garam
  • 1 1/2 cawan gula castor
  • 1 3/4 cawan air
  • 1 paket santan segera (serbuk - 50g)
  • 1/2 cawan vegetable oil
  • 2 biji telur
  • 2-3 titik perasa pandan
  • Pewarna (ikut pilihan masing2)
Instructions
  1. Gaulkan bahan-bahan kering ( tepung, kelapa kering, garam, gula) hingga sebati.

  2. Masukkan bahan-bahan basah (serbuk santan, air, vegetable oil, telur, perasa pandan) dlm blender/food processor dan blend hingga sebati.

  3. Masukkan adunan yang telah di blend ke dalam adunan tepung, gaul perlahan-lahan hingga sebati.

  4. Bahagikan kepada beberapa bahagian dan masukkan pewarna. (Saya guna 3 warna - coklat, merah & hijau)

  5. Tuangkan adunan ke dalam loyang. Bakar dalam pre-heated oven (170 C) sehingga masak (~30 minit)

  6. Versi cupcake - bakar dlm cupcake pan (size sederhana) ~ 12-15 minit.
