Masakan Kelantan resepi dari ibu

Ingredients
  • garam dan gula secukup rasa
  • Daging (ikut suka banyak mana)-dihiris nipis-nipis
  • 2 jenis cili (cili padi, cili kering-jika suka pedas)
  • Ketumbar-ditumbuk sedikit
  • asam keping (ikut suka)
  • bawang putih
  • bawang merah
  • lengkuas
  • budu (memang lagi sedap kalau masukkan)
  • sedikit manisan kerek/gula melaka
Instructions
  1. Masukkan semua bahan dan gaul lebih elok kalo diperap sekajap.

  2. Jerang diatas api sampai daging masak. Rasanya daging singam ni pedas, manis, masin dan masam. Makan dengan nasi putih.

  3. Daging dipotong nipis, sejat

  4. Bawang putih, merah, lengkuas dipotong nipis, Cili padi di potong kecil-kecil
