Description

resepi emak, buat makan petang2 pun ok, mudah dan simple

Ingredients
  • 4 biji telor gred A (kalau tak ada apa2 gred pun boleh lah, kalau gred C tu bubuh 5 biji)
  • 360g gula pasir
  • 1biji kelapa = jadikan 400 ml santan
  • 8 helai daun pandan - diparut dan diperah bersama kelapa parut tadi
  • 400g tpg gandum = diayak
  • 4 sudu teh baking powder
Instructions
  1. pukul gula dan telor hingga kembang

  2. masukkan santan yang diperah bersama pandan tadi, dan kacau sampai sebati

  3. masukkan tpg dan kacau hingga sebati

  4. akhir sekali masukkan baking powder, dan gaul rata

  5. griskan loyang dgn minyak dan masukkan adunan kek, bakar 180 C dan bakar 45 minit
