Description

kuih tradisional...resepi dr majalah..dah buat byk kali mmng sedap..cubalah!

Ingredients
  • 250 gm gula
  • 4 biji telor
  • 215 gm tepung gandum
  • 50 gm tepung custard
  • 140 gm mentega [dicairkan]
  • 60 gm serbuk santan
  • 1/2 tin susu pekat
  • 850ml air
  • 80ml jus pandan[5 helai daun pandan dikisar bersama 80 ml air]
  • 50 gm bijan
  • sedikit pewarna hijau
Instructions
  1. campur semua bahan diatas kecuali bijan..adun sehingga adunan tidak berketul2[klau nk senang msuk dlm blend jer]

  2. tuang kedlm loyang yg telah dilengser dgn minyak..

  3. bakar selama 1 jam pd suhu 180

  4. bila dah setengah jam taburkan bijan di atas kuih dan teruskan proses membakar..
