resepi dari ibunda

Ingredients
  • 1 kg lobak putih ( isi sekali dgn daunnya )
  • 1 cawan gula pasir
  • 2 keping asam keping
  • 1 sudu besar cuka
  • cili boh sket
  • garam sket
  • air panas secukupnya
Instructions
  1. bersihkan lobak, kendian dipotong lebih kurang 1 inci....buleh jugak diracik-racik

  2. sediakan satu bekas, masukkan lobak, gula, asam keping, ciliboh ( jgn byk sgt ye ), cuka & garam.

  3. tuang air panas yg sedang mendidih

  4. kacau sebati....setelah sejuk, simpan di dlm peti ais.

  5. lagi lama, lagi sedap....tapi tak tahu la korang buleh tahan ke idak baunya yg semerbak....ape pun, rasanya pasti sedappp gitu
