resepi kak ngah. utk peminat sardin

Ingredients
  • 1/2 biji santan kelapa perah dgn 2 cwn air (kalu rasa santan tak cukup pepandai le tambah sendiri)
  • 2 biji kentang (potong 4)
  • 4 biji bwg merah (ditumbuk)
  • 1 ulas bwg putih (ditumbuk)
  • 4 sudu besar minyak masak (utk menumis)
  • garam secukupnye
  • 1 tin kecik ikan mackarel cap ayam (guna mackarel psl dia keras sket..kalu sardin nanti dia hancur bila dikarikannye)
  • satu senduk kecil serbuk kari (mak kintan guna adabi melazatkan, adabi menyelerakan...)
Instructions
  1. dah empuk kentang, masukkan ikan mackarel tu..masukkan sos tomato dia skali.

  2. didih sampai kentang empuk ye

  3. masukkan santan kecikkan api, kacau selalu.

  4. tumis bwg kecik & bwg merah sampai wangi masukkan garam

  5. masukkan kentang kacau rate, masukkan serbuk kari kacau lagi
