Biasa wat resepi ni..maybe ade yg lebih complete..yg ni sempoi punyer...

Ingredients
  • 6 ekor ikan kembung-rebus ngan 2 asam keping, ambik isi n kisar, simpan air rebusan ..
  • 6 biji bawang merah-kisar
  • 2cm halia-kisar
  • 2 batang serai-kisar
  • 1 sudu teh lada hitam-kisar
  • 2 asam keping
  • garam n gula
  • santan pekat
  • bahan sampingan:-
  • kacang panjang-hiris
  • bawang besar-hiris
  • taugeh-celur sket
  • timun-hiris
  • sambal belacan (cili kering ditumbuk bersama belacan sket)
  • 1 paket laksa-rebus n tos
Instructions
  1. panaskan santan n sedikit air rebusan ikan tadi. masukkan semua bahan kisar n asam keping. masak hingga mendidih.

  2. masukkan garam n gula secukup rasa.

  3. letak laksa didalam mangkuk, masukkan ulam2an n tuang kuah diatasnya.
