Ingredients
  • 100 gram ekor*
  • 100 gram daging*
  • 100 gram tulang*
  • (*direbus terlebih dahulu)
  • 1 liter air rebusan daging
  • 10 gram halia (ambik yg muda)**
  • 5 gram cabai burung**
  • 5 gram bawang merah**
  • 5 gram bawang putih**
  • (**dikisar)
  • 20 gram serbuk jintan manis
  • 20 gram serbuk ketumbar
  • 5 gram kulit kayu manis, buah pelaga, bunga lawang
  • Garam secukup rasa
Instructions
  1. Tumis bahan2 yang telah dikisar sehingga sedap baunye.

  2. Masukkan plak bahan2 rempah dan tumis hingga naik minyak.

  3. Masukkan air rebusan, daging, ekor, tulang dan didihkan. Masukkan garam secukup rasa.
