resepi turun temurun

Ingredients
  • daging setengah kilogram
  • 2 inci halia
  • 2 ulas bawang putih
  • 2 inci kunyit
  • 1 @ 2 batang serai
  • 1 sudu teh jintan manis
  • 1 sudu teh jintan putih
  • sedikit ketumbar (jika suka)
  • garam secukup rasa
  • gula @ gula melaka
  • sedikit serbuk perasa
  • air asam jawa
  • 1/2 sudu teh air limau nipis (xde pun xpe)
Instructions
  1. potong daging ikut kesukaan masing2...basuh bersih, toskan

  2. kisar semua bahan diatas.

  3. perap daging dengan bahan kisar sekurang2nya setengah jam. lagi lama lagi elok.

  4. boleh la dibakar....lebihan bahan perap jgn dibuang, campurkan lebihan bahan perap dengan sedikit minyak masak...kacau sebati...gunakan utk merenjis daging sewaktu membakar..

  5. siap sedia utk disantap...
