Ingredients
  • <b>Kulit</b>
  • 250gm tepung gandum
  • 150gm butter
  • 90gm gula halus
  • sedikit garam
  • 4 biji epal hijau (dipotong dadu)
  • sebiji telur merah
  • <b>INTI</b>
  • 3 sudu besar gula hals
  • 3 sudu besar tepung jagung
  • 1/2 cawan air
Instructions
  1. <b>KULIT:-</b> Pukul butter dgn gula hingga kembang. Masukn kning telur,tepung &amp; garam-gaulkn shgga rata.perapkan sbntar ke dlm peti sjuk.

  2. <b>INTI</b> masukn gula,air, epal ke dlm periuk. masukn tepung jagung yg tlah dpukul dgn sdkit air. kacau sampai likat(pekat). msukn sdkit garam

  3. lepastu letak la kulit dlm bekas yg sesuai untuk dibakar selama 5-10 minit..n then letakan inti ke atas kulit dan bkar slama 25-30mnit..
