simple n easy

Ingredients
  • 3cwn ubi kayu parut
  • 1/2 cwn gula@secukup rasa
  • 1/2st garam
  • 1 cwn jus pandan+1 cwn pati santan
  • butter utk menggris
Instructions
  1. tuangkan campuran jus pandan+santan sedikit2 sambil dikacau sehingga dpt tekstur mcm nak buat cucur..rasakan manisnya.kalau kurang tambah gula.kalau terlalu pekat tambah santan

  2. letak ubi parut atas napkin n gantung@leh guna tapis je.jangan di perah.biar dlm 1/2 jam.buang air yg bertakung kat bwh tu..satukan ubi,garam n gula dlm mangkuk.gaul rata

  3. tuang dalam tin yg digris.letak 4/5 hirisan butter atas adunan.bakar pd suhu 170c selama 45min@hingga msk.

  4. Kuih ni lembut semasa panas.tunggu hingga betul2 sejuk sebelum dipotong..
