mashed potato with gravy

Ingredients
  • 2 biji kentang (dadu kecil)
  • 1/4 cwn susu segar
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • sedikit blackpepper
  • sedikit garam
  • **utk gravy**
  • 1/2 kiub pati lembu Rusuk (maggi punye)
  • 3/4 cwn air
  • stgh biji bwg besar(dadu kecil)
  • 1 tsp tepung jagung (bancuh dgn sedikit air)
  • sedikit blackpepper
Instructions
  1. rebus kentang dgn sedikit garam sampai empuk.bila dah empuk,lenyekkan.

  2. dlm periuk lain..panaskan susu dan butter sampai butter cair.padamkan api

  3. masukkan kentang yg dah lenyek tadi..gaulkan sebati.

  4. masukkan blackpepper dan gaul lagi.

  5. **utk gravy**

  6. didihkan air bersama kiub pati lembu..

  7. masukkan bwg dan tepung jagung yg dh bancuh.kacau sampai agak pekat..(xperlu garam psl kiub tu dh masin)

  8. last skali masukkan blackpepper dan padam api.

  9. bila nak hidang..ceduk mashed potato td gune 2 sudu(agak2 bulat)...cedukkan gravy keatasnye..dah siap..=p
