Resepi diceduk dr fb Chef Kamarul

Ingredients
  • 4 bj putih telur gred A
  • 1 cwn gula pasir/gula castor
  • 2 s/mkn tepung jagung
  • 1 s/t cuka mkn
  • 1 s/t esen perasa oren - ni ijapian tambah utk elak hanyir telur
  • Topping:
  • 1 cwn fresh cream ( Rich, Value - non diary)
  • Fresh fruits- strwbrry, kiwi & anggur
Instructions
  1. Pkl putih telur smpi berbuih. Kemudian mskkan gula & pkl smpi sot peak / bertanduk.

  2. Mskkan tepung jagung yg telah diayak utk elak 'alien' msk dlm adunan...hehehe

  3. Pkl lg adunan td smpi sebati. Setelah sebati mskkan cuka mkn & esen oren. Pkl lg smpi sebati

  4. Pnskan oven 10 min awal pd suhu 150©

  5. Pd dulang pembakar, ltkkan kertas minyak(yg putih tu ye) kemudian lukiskan bulatan ikut acuan loyang kek size 9

  6. Tuangkan adunan pavlova & mskkan dlm oven. Bakar selama 1 jam 20min (slps 1/2 jam turunkan suhu pd 130©)

  7. Slps masak biarkan pavlova dlm oven selama 20 min. Kemudian blh lah di topping kan ngan fresh cream & buah2an segar spt strwbrry, kiwi & anggur

  8. Utk topping: pkl fresh cream smpi soft peak. Kemudian tuangkan di atas pavlova yg tlh sejuk & hiaskan dgn hirisan fresh fruits td ngan kreaviti anda.

  9. Lps tu blh lah mamam...sedap beb..hehehe
