Description

Ada yang panggil serawa, ada juga panggil pengat..

Ingredients
  • 3 ketul -- Ubi Kayu {dipotong dan rebus}
  • 2 mangkuk -- Santan
  • 3 sudu -- Gula pasir {ikut kemanisan sendiri}
  • 1/4 ketul -- Gula kabung
  • 1 helai -- Daun pandan
  • Secubit garam
  • 1/2 gelas -- Biji sagu {direndam seketika}
Instructions
  1. Masak santan bersama gula kabung, gula pasir, garam, daun pandan, dan biji sagu hingga gula kabung cair.

  2. Kacau kerap supaya santan tidak pecah minyak.

  3. Masukkan ubi kayu yang direbus tadi. Biar mendidih dan kuah agak pekat sedikit. Tutup api.
