Ingredients
  • 250g tepung beras
  • 350g gula-bole dikurangkan
  • 250ml air sejuk
  • 300ml air panas mendidih
  • 200ml santan pekat-kalau nak lebih lemak, tambahkan lg santan, dan kurangkan air)
  • 1 tsp garam
  • 3 tbs tepung ubi- optional(menghasilka texture yg berkilat)
Instructions
  1. campurkan tepung beras, tepung ubi, gula, garam, dan kacau

  2. masukkan air sejuk, kacau hingga sebati, dan masukkan air panas. kacau cepat2.

  3. masukkan santan. kacau hingga sebati. bahagi 2. satu taruk clour merah.

  4. kukus berselang seli. setiap lapisan mengambil masa 5 min(+-)

  5. kuih yg telah dipotong
