untuk kulit, jo guna resepi roti canai. biasanya kalau nak buat murtabak, taruk sedikit color kuning.

Ingredients

  • <b>INTI MURTABAK:</b>
  • 300g mince meat
  • 2 bawang besar-potong dadu
  • 3 bawang putih-potong dadu
  • 4 sb rempah kari
  • garam+perasa secukupnya
  • **1 bawang-potong nipis2
  • **6 biji telur-atau secukupnya
  • campurkan semua bahan diatas *. dan rasa.
  • <b>KUAH BAWANG:</b>
  • *1 bawang besar (atau bawang merah)-potong nipis2
  • *cuka, gula,garam,air, color merah- secukupnya
Instructions
  1. <b>Inti murtabak:</b>

  2. tumis bawang, bawang putih, masukkan mince meat, rempah kari. masukkan perasa. masak hingga kering.
