Ingredients
  • 1 peket mee kuning, 5 biji bwg putih-kisar, satu sudu makan cili kering-kisar, sedikit udang, sedikit daging, sedikit ayam, sedikit sotong. Bahan sayuran, sawi pakchoy, cendawan bunape@shimeji atau apa2 saja asal cendawan, tomato. bahan kuah: kicap manis,

  • 6 sudu makan sos tiram, 3 sudu makan tepung jagung + campur sedikit air masak. daun sup+bwg goreng, cili jeruk (wajib ada-utk dimakan bersama mee)
Instructions
  1. 1. Tumis bwg putih hingga naik bau, masukkan cili kering kisar. Biar garing. 2. Tambah air dan masukkan bahan spt ayam, daging, biar sampai lembut. 3.masukkan kicap dan sos tiram. 4 masukkan udang +sotong. pastu baru masukkan sayuran kecuali tomato.

  2. 5.bila kuah dah elok masak, masukkan mee kuning, dan tomato. 6. masukkan tepung jagung yg dibancuh air. Tutup api. Jgn masukkan garam atau letak sedikit saja sbb kuah dah masin. siap dan elok mkn panas sbb kuah cepat meresap dlm mee.
