Description

Inovasi daripada resepi buah cempedak

Ingredients
  • 1 cawan tepung gandum
  • 1 biji telur ayam
  • 1 cawan susu segar (i.e HL Marigold)
  • 1 @ 1 1/4 sdb gula pasir kasar
  • 1 sdt serbuk penaik
  • 1 sdt garam halus @ 1/2 sdt garam kasar
  • 2 sdb minyak sayur @ minyak masak
  • 1 sdt esen vanila
  • Beberapa ulas isi cempedak, dihiris (i.e 10 ulas saiz kecil)
Instructions
  1. Boleh dihidang dengan sapuan kaya, peanut butter etc @ begitu je.

  2. Panaskan kuali (since i dont have non-stick pan). 2 sdb adunan (saiz penkek besar) @ 1 sdb jika mahu saiz kecil. Terbalikkan adunan bila sebelah atas sudah menggelembung dan sebelah bawah masak berwarna keperangan. Angkat bila kedua-dua belah masak

  3. Satukan telur, susu, minyak, esen dan isi cempedak. Dikisar

  4. Gaul sebati tepung gandum, garam, serbuk penaik dan gula

  5. *Gula boleh adjust ikut kesesuaian, sebab cempedak biasanya sudah manis.
