Ingredients
  • 1 kg.isi durian
  • 50 gm.gula
  • 1 liter krim putar
  • 250 gm.tepung gandum
  • -50 gm.kastad
  • -150 gm.mentega
  • -450 gm.air
  • -10 auns telur
  • -100 gm.gula
  • bahan A
  • bahan B
Instructions
  1. campurkan semua bahan A,kacau hingga sebati.curahkan sedikit bancuhan berkenaan ke atas kuali panas yg tdk melekat.lengser supaya ia rata dan nipis.pastikan ia tidak carik.Apabila sudah masak,ketepikan.

  2. Kacau semua bahan B sehingga ringan n sebati.Ambil sesudu durian yang sudah di gaul dngn krim,letakkan di atas kulit penkek n lipat sehingga memperolehi bentuk persegi.Masukkan ke dlm peti sejuk.
