ringkas sja.. dgn aroma & rasa tomyam :)

Ingredients
  • 3 ekor ikn gelama saiz L@ikn apa2 pun bleh - cuci/tos/d garamkunyit/goreng cam biasa(sy suka garing2)
  • 1 btg serai - ketuk aja
  • 6-8 biji cili api - hiris halus
  • 1 labu bwg besar - belah 8/ptg baji
  • 1 biji tomato - potong 12@dadu kasar
  • 1 paket kecil pes tomyam adabi
  • 1/2 cawan sos cili
  • 1 sudu besar kicap manis
  • 3/4 cawan air panas
  • ~x prlu garam & jgn guna minyak goreng ikn utk menumis~
Instructions
  1. Panaskn 1/3 cawan minyak @ agak2 la.. tumiskn serai & ciliapi kejap - masukkn tomyam pes d ikuti sos cili & kicap manis, kacau sebati

  2. Masukkn air panas, apabila mndidih & kuah sedikit pekat masukkn tomato & bawang besar - kecilkn api, biar kuah merenih prlahan-lahan

  3. Agak2 tomato & bawang 3/4 layu, tutup api, curahkn keatas ikn - sedia utk d hidangkn brsama nasi putih
