resepi jeling2 tgk org cina pat kdai msak!!hee3.bkn mncuri cuma mengintai jer....

Ingredients
  • 1 sdm tepung kanji + 1/2 cwn air(jika nak pekat agi tmbh tpng kanji)
  • 2 kpng cakue-dipotong2
  • 2 cawan mung bean(kacang hijau yg da buang kulit-seakan2 kcng dal tpi kcil skt)di cuci dan rendam 1/2 jam
  • 11/2 cawan gula(jika suka mnis tmbah agi)jika suka warna kekuningan ble lah campurkan gula yg berwarna oren sdkit.
  • 4 cawan air
  • 2 helai daun pandan-disimpul
Instructions
  1. kukus kacang tadi sehingga empuk,ketepikan

  2. campurkan air,gula dan daun pandan ke dalam periuk dan masak hingga gulanya larut.

  3. masukkan bancuhan tepung kanji tadi dan kacau rata,biar agak pekat sedikit baru masukkan kacang yg dikukus tadi.biarkan mendidih sebentar baru matikan api.(Jika terlalu lama kacang akan hancur )

  4. taruhkan beberapa potong cakue dan siap utk dimakan.selamat mencuba.
