resepi dalam simpanan. nama laksa tp guna mee kuning..

Ingredients
  • 10gm lengkuas
  • bahan kisar:-
  • 10 helai daun kari
  • 10gm halia
  • 50gm daun bawang
  • 10gm kunyit hidup
  • 20gm cili kering
  • 1 sudu besar rempah kari
  • @ 1/2 liter stok ayam
  • @ santan dari 2 biji kelapa
  • @ mee kuning
  • @ udang, tau foo pok, fish ball, fish cake
  • @ ayam
  • @ taugeh-celur
Instructions
  1. tumis bahan kisar hingga nasik bau.masukkan santan.

  2. masukkan stok dan ayam. masak hingga ayam empuk. masukkan udang, tau foo pok, fish cake n fish ball.

  3. masukkan mee. hidangkan bersama taugeh dan telur rebus.

  4. *boleh juga mee dicelur, bila nak makan baru dimasukkan kedalam kuah.
