Description

makanan suku kaum suluk(tausug)

Ingredients
  • isi ikan kerisik mentah (7 ekor)
  • 5 biji cili padi di hiris halus
  • halia sebesar 1 inci di hiris
  • 1 biji tomato di potong dadu
  • 1 biji bawang besar dihiris nipis/dadu
  • 5 biji perahan limau kasturi
  • sedikit cuka
  • sedikit garam
Instructions
  1. potong dadu isi ikan kerisik

  2. basuh bersih isi ikan mentah tadi kemudian rendam bersama garam dan cuka selama 10 minit

  3. kemudian toskan

  4. hiris bawang besar,halia,tomato,lada besar,cili padi kemudian gaul bersama isi ikan tadi

  5. perah air limau kasturi ke dalam campuran tadi

  6. perasakan dengan garam dan sedikit gula.
