bleh buat bila2 masa...sy utamakn pd doh sja, inti @ isinye...ikut kreativiti sndiri :)

Ingredients
  • 1 sudu teh (rata) garam halus
  • 100gm gula
  • Bhn A :500gm tepung roti @ tepung gandum pun bleh
  • 25gm susu tepung
  • 10gm yis kering
  • 1 biji telur
  • 1 sudu teh bread improver - fungsi (cepatkn proses pngembangan doh) *x letak pun ok
  • 1 sudu teh bread softener - fungsi (mndapat tekstur roti yg lmbut cam kt kedai) *x letak pun ok
  • Bhn B : 250ml air
  • Bhn C : 50gm marjerin + 50gm shortening
  • ~ klau x ada shortening, guna marjerin sja 100gm~
  • Inti @ isi/topping: Ayam/daging/sosej, tomato puree, sos tomato/cili, bawang besar, tomato/nenas cincang, cheese dll (ikut kreativiti)
  • ~ klau mnggunakn water roux(ibu roti) buatan sndiri kt cni http://www.myresipi.com/top/detail/11441 - letak 100 - 120gm utk 500gm tpg, air kena kurangkn sbb doh akn lmbut/lmbik bila mnggunakn water roux - hrp mklum :) ~
Instructions
  1. Satukan bahan A & masukkn B, gaul sebati/mesra

  2. Campurkn bahan C, uli hingga mndapat doh yg licin & lembut...(x lekat d tgn)

  3. Masukkn dlm loyang 4 segi, 12 x 12 inci yg dsapu marjerin trlebih dulu @ bahagikn doh ikut saiz yg d sukai

  4. Biarkn doh naik & + - 30mnt - 1 jam, bleh letak bahan inti...

  5. Bakar 180' C (oven dpanaskn trlebih dulu)...hingga masak

  6. Boleh dpotong & sedia dhidangkn @ ngappp...hihiii...
