Description

sayur wajib kt kedai mamak...sy upgrade ckit supaya nmpak brselera lgi...ada tauhu hancur gitew...

Ingredients
  • 1/2 biji @ 1 mngkuk kubis bulat - dpotong/hiris nipis
  • 1 batang karot - dparut memanjang
  • 3 - 4 ketul tauhu - dhancur ckit
  • 1/2 labu bawang besar - dhiris nipis
  • 3 ulas bawang putih - dketuk
  • 1 -2 cili merah - buang biji/hiris nipis
  • 1 sudu teh biji sawi
  • 2 sudu besar sos tiram
  • garam cukup rasa
  • 1 sudu kecil (rata) - serbuk kunyit (jgn lebih nnti pahit)
Instructions
  1. Panaskn 3 sudu besar minyak (agak2 le)

  2. Tumiskan 2 jenis bawang hingga sedikit layu, baru masukkn biji sawi & serbuk kunyit...biar seketika, masukkn tauhu yg dhancur (gaul mesra)

  3. Masukkn sos tiram, dikuti kubis, karot & cili merah...garam jga - gaul sebati & mesra smua bahan

  4. Agak2 dah masak, tutup api (klau suka bleh letak daun bwang dptong pndek) gaul sebati *Sayur ni x prlu letak air utk kuah, goreng kering aje...(tpi lmbab ckit) *Sayur ni versi x de perasa tmbahan pati ikn bilis dll...

  5. Selamat mncube...ringkas & mudah aje...
