resepi dari mak mentua.....selalu buat pd hari raya ke-2... maaf gambar x de...

Ingredients
  • 1 bungkus Koew Teow 5 potong ayam 3 ketul kiub ayam knor 5 keping fish cake (potong jd kiub) fish ball (x kisah byk mana pun) daun bawang tauge 3 biji sengkuang cina 3 ulas bawang putih (hiris nipis) sedikit garam
Instructions
  1. lebih sedap jika dimakan bersama bawang putih goreng dan cabai merah(selalu MIL yg buatkan)

  2. tumis bawang putih, apabila dh kuning,masukkan air (ikut suka nk byk mana), kemudian masukkan kiub ayam,setelah agak mendidih, masukkan ayam,fish cake,fish ball,sengkuang cina dan garam,biarkan sehingga masak.

  3. Masukkan Koew teow, tauge,daun bawang,ayam yg dicarik-carik,fish ball & fish cake ke dlm mangkuk....tuangkan kuah di atasnya...dan ..tunggu apa lg...makan la...
