Description

buat sniri puas hati x payah makan kat kedai lagi... :)

Ingredients
  • 3 ulas bwg putih (cincang)
  • 2 suduB sos ikan
  • 1 suduB sos tiram
  • 2 suduB sos tomato
  • 1 suduB sos cili
  • 1/2 labu bwg besar (hiris)
  • 3 tgkai cili kecik (ptg x putus)
  • 6 helai daun limau purut (hiris halus)
  • 1/2 biji karet (ptg panjang)
  • 5 tgkai kcg panjang (ptg seinci)
  • 1/2 suduB tepung jagung bancuh dgn sedikit air
  • air utk kuah
  • garam n gula
  • 16 ekor udang saiz L (goreng dgn garam n kunyit)
  • 1 suduB cili boh
Instructions
  1. tumis bwg besar, daun limau n bwg putih smpi wangi

  2. masuk cili boh n masak smpi pecah minyak. kemudian masukkan sume sos.

  3. kemudian masukkan karet n air tggu hgga karet lembut sedikit.

  4. masuk cili kecik, udang, kacang panjang n garam gula... rasakan.

  5. masuk tepung jagung n adjust kuah nk byk mana.. mendidih bolehla diangkat!!!
