Description

Antara masakan yg paling simple favorite familiku :)

Ingredients
  • Ikan sardin dalam tin (saiz sederhana, asingkan ikan dgn kuahnya tu)
  • 3 ulas bwg merah, 2 ulas bwg putih, 2cm halia (smua blended)
  • 1 sdb cili kering kisar
  • 2-3 sdb pati santan (campurkn dgn air masak supaya dpt dlm 1/2 cwn santan)
  • 1 asam keping
  • garam + gula secukup rasa
  • bwg besar (hiris bulat) & cili muda (hiris serong lebar2 sket)
Instructions
  1. Panaskan kuali & minyak, kemudian tumis bhn2 yg blended td. Agak2 dah layu tu tmbh pulak dgn cili kisar. Kacau2 skjp then tuangkn kuah sardin.

  2. Kalau nk lebih kuah, leh tmbh air skt. Biar mendidih then masukkan ikan sardin. Kacau perlahan, then masukkan asam keping.

  3. Akhir sekali baru masukkan santan td bersama2 dgn garam, gula, hirisan bwg besar dan cili muda. Biarkn skjp then tutup api.

  4. Sedia utk dihidang!
