Description

rcp dr blog masakan dan diubah suai ikut citarasa sendiri :)

Ingredients
  • Bahan A
  • 10 biji Telur (di sejukkan) *pastikan guna Telur Grade A
  • 300 gm gula
  • 280 gm Tepung Hong Kong
  • 2 sudu mkn Ovalet
  • 2 oz air sejuk
  • Bahan B
  • 16oz Golden Churn Butter
  • 5 sudu besar susu pekat
  • 200 gm cream cheese (jenama Philadelphia/Anchor)
  • Sedikit Cheddar cheese (diparut-utk ditabur diatas setiap lapisan adunan)
Instructions
  1. Satukan semua Bahan A dan pukul dgn mixer hingga pekat selama kira-kira 8-10 minit.

  2. Mentega dan susu dipukul hingga sebati. Masukkan cream cheese dan pukul/kacau hingga adunan rata.

  3. Masukkan Bahan A yg telah dipukul ke dalam adunan mentega dan gaul hingga sebati. Bakar selapis demi selapis dgn setiap lapisan ditabur cheddar cheese parut.
