Ingredients
  • 1/2 ekor ayam di potong kecil - kecil *
  • 3 sudu kicap, 1/2 sudu sos tiram , garam & serbuk lada sulah secukup rasa *
  • * perap ayam selama 10 minit. Selepas itu goreng separuh masak.
  • 50 gram kacang gajus (digoreng terdahulu)
  • 10 biji cili kering (dipotang lebar - lebar)
  • 1 biji cili bangala (dipotong dadu)
  • 1 biji bawang besar (dipotong dadu)
  • 4 ulas bawang putih (ditumbuk halus)
  • 3 cm halia (ditumbuk halus)
  • 2 sudu sos cili & sos tiram
  • Garam secukup rasa
Instructions
  1. Goreng cili kering & ketepikan.

  2. Tumis bawang putih & halia yang sudah dikisar, kemudian masukkan bawang besar.

  3. Masukkan ayam, cili bangala, sos tiram, sos cili, garam & sedikit air sekiranya terlalu kering.

  4. Bila semuanya sudah sebati bolehlah masukkan cili kering & kacang gajus, kacau seketika & siap untuk dihidang.
