resepi dari ibu. sukatan utk bahan2 masakan buleh cuba cari tuning sendiri sbb dpt resepi tanpa sukatan hehe

Ingredients
  • 400g daging
  • 2 ulas bawang merah | kisar
  • 3 ulas bawang putih | kisar
  • 1 inci halia | kisar
  • 1 ulas bawang besar | potong dadu
  • 3 keping lada kering | kisar
  • 1 batang serai
  • 1 sudu besar sos tiram
  • 2 sudu besar sos cili
  • 2 sudu besar sos tomato
  • 2 sudu besar kicap manis
  • gula & garam
Instructions
  1. Daging dipotong nipis. Rebus hingga empuk dlm air + halia + bawang putih. Air rebusan disimpan.

  2. Tumis bwg putih, bwg merah & halia hingga naik bau & sedikit kekuningan.

  3. Masukkan lada kering kisar. Tumis hingga naik minyak.

  4. Masukkan sos tiram, sos cili, sos tomato, kicap manis, gula & garam. Perasakan. Masak hingga naik minyak.

  5. Masukkan daging & air rebusannya.

  6. Masukkan bawang besar & batang serai. Jika mahu lagi pedas, buleh masuk cili api ikut suka hati.
